Automatic Lubrication System

In forging process, the spray of lubricants is essential to improve the quality of product and extend life span of mold. It applies the lubricants accurately and evenly connecting with servo transfer feeder. It extends life span of die through accurate application of lubricants and reduction of processing time.

Controlled Cooling Conveyer

This equipment controls cooling speed of micro-alloyed steel in forging process. Through this system, heat treatment process after forging process is not needed. Processing time and expenses for the heat treatment processing are reduced.


Quick Die Change System

It is the equipment that transfers mold of press quickly and safely. It is designed for characteristics of individual press and mold.


Inspection Line

Magnetic Particle Inspection to detect cracks, defects or abnormalities if any in the forged product.

Robotics
