It is specifically developed for manual spraying of water based graphite and non- graphite Forging Lubricants on hot/warm forgings. It can be used on Presses as well as hammers. DKK Spray System creates excellent uniform layer of lubricants on the required area for better die lubrication and cooling which gives many visible and silent benefits to the company such as cost saving, die life improvement, better surface finish, less rejection and many more.

1. Pressurized Spray System – A system is designed consisting of pressurized tank operating at 3 to 6 bar. It is provided with Pressure Gauge, Air release valve, hose assembly, Air Motor (Optional) and Spray Gun. It is available in the following sizes viz. 9ltr, 22ltr & 50ltr. Small & compact design of the spray system facilities ease of operation.

2. Open Type Spray System – A system is designed consisting of spray tank and accumulator mounted on structural trolley on wheels. It is provided with AODD Pneumatic Pump, Air Motor along with shaft attached to propeller blade, Hose assembly, Spray Gun and other pneumatic fittings. It is available in the following sizes viz. 100ltr, 200ltr & 400ltr.
