MR series is a highly concentrated synthetic, formulated for aluminum, zinc and magnesium die casting operations. It incorporates a blend of synthetic oils with high temperature polymers that enhance its wetting and release capabilities while producing bright and clean castings.
- DKK-HANANO (MR-1910 / MR-1910M) – For dilution ratio – 1:80 to 1:100 (Shallow jobs)
- DKK-HANANO (MR-1920 / MR-1920M) - For dilution ratio – 1:100 to 1:150 (Deep & Precise Jobs)
- DKK-HANANO (MR-1920HD) – For dilution ratio – 1:120 to 1:170 (Big size Car Parts)
- DKK-HANANO (MR-1930) – For dilution ratio – 1:120 to 1:170 (Wax Free for Electrical Parts)

Graphite Type
It is specially developed plunger oil for the die cast plunger auto-oil-supplier. Consists of mineral oil of high flash point with graphite of high purity. The chemical reaction between graphite and mineral oil helps increasing the lubrication efficiency. Because the graphite is treated for monomolecular film, oil sticks well on the surface of material and there is no deposit. Even if some deposits occur, it will be easily diluted perfectly so that there is no stuff up of auto-oil-supplier valve.
Non Graphite Type
Newly improved plunger oil doesn’t include any black lead in order to renovate working environment (includes operation field and machines) and extend life of machine. Moreover, there are some more advantages like, carefully selected high temperature lubrication, strengthened film with special addition and oil, and leakage ability. It will prevent abrasions of short sleeve and plunger tips by thin and flat protection film, if it is used properly.
