Tundish Flux

This flux is used in order to prevent molten metal from conditions like temperature drop and oxidation, during the process of continuous casting. Our offered flux is a carbonized rice husk that is a granule type product made using organic binder. It has the characteristic to spread because the product breaks and becomes powder type as soon as the granule comes in contact with the molten metal, so that it can easily cover the surface of the molten metal. It generates little dust with a great effect of keeping the molten metal warm.
