It is a mold releasing agent to prevent or reduce adhesion of metals and slag from refractory surfaces. It is a water-soluble product composed of ultra-fine solid materials chiefly consists of graphite and a special binder. It’s film has low “wettability” with slag, hence efficiently preventing slag adhesion.

It is composed of a sheet like organometallic compound with copper as the main ingredient and oil based special carriers. It is excellent in stable dispersion. It initiates a chemical reaction when it is used under higher temperature and pressure, forming a soft metal film on the metal surface. The soft metal film of SOFMET will protect from immediate contact of friction surface and prevent wear and seizure.

It is a repairing material dedicated to hot spraying developed in order to repair the damage, caused by normal use. It comprises of ultra-fine ceramics based on Al2O3 and a special water-soluble binder. When sprayed on the damaged surface of the sliding plate, the extra element will be removed when the plates move and the material will form a dry film making a smooth finish on the plate.

It has been developed for anti-heat releasing agent of steel and refractory industry. The water-soluble base has superior lubrication effect as well as best releasing property being made of fine natural graphite and specific binders.
